Returns, exchange & Right of Withdrawal
Returns within DK
If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you may return or exchange all or part of your order within 30 days from the date you received it.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can register your return through our return portal:

Please note: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to stop the shipment. If the order has already been shipped, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the item through our return portal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if only part of the order is returned or if the original order qualified for free shipping.
If you prefer not to use our return portal, you may use the standard withdrawal form included at the end of our Terms & Conditions and send your parcel to:

Please remember to include your order number inside the parcel.
Parcels must be sent directly to our warehouse. We do not accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points. Please note that we cannot accept parcels sent via DAO, as they do not deliver to business addresses.
Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until they have been received at our warehouse.
It is not possible to return items to our office at Østerbro.

If you are returning a parcel from outside of EU, you have to purchase a returnlabel yourself.
