FSC certification stands for Forest Stewardship Council and FSC is an international non-profit labeling scheme for wood and paper. FSC neither produces nor sells goods. The FSC label is found on wood and paper products.

In an FSC forest, no more wood is cut than the forest can reproduce. At the same time, FSC ensures that animal and plant life are protected, and that the people who work in the forest are trained and receive proper safety equipment and wages.
